We are entering all registered staff and volunteers into a groupme.com group so that we can communicate easily during the conference.

Note: in the current schedule, small group times (Sat. 5:20-6, Sun. 3-3:45 or so) will overlap with the beginning of both prayer ministry times. The idea is that some students can process in the group, but others might like individual prayer with a prayer minister.

SWAG BAG
Everyone who registers by October 30th should get their swag bag in time for the conference. We are sending some extra swag bags to campus staff with Native students in case you have some late registrants. The swag bag contains some snacks, some WJEF branded gear, and a homemade item.
WATCH PARTIES
If you are willing and able we would love to have you host a watch party with your students! If you host a watch party you are responsible for planning any watch party details and costs associated. Please make sure to follow ministry, state, and local COVID-19 guidelines. If any guidelines are more strict, please adhere to the more strict guidelines.
