What to Expect
Much of our time together will be as a whole group in the auditorium. We will also have times for you to talk with a small group, as well as, of course, free time to hang out and some structured fun (like a trip to the Pueblo Cultural Center). Bring some money if you like for some shopping or a snack at Denny's.
WJEF is designed for people who want to experience Creator's goodness. Bring your spiritual questions and longings! Some participants are followers of Jesus/Creator Sets free, and some are just exploring. You can come as you! Don't worry about any pressure to participate in "religious" stuff. We want to honor Creator, our traditions from our various communities and tribes, and honor each other on our own paths.
WJEF is geared toward college students, but we welcome WJEF alumni to keep coming after they graduate. We are all part of intergenerational communities, so we also have some special folks who participate as uncles, aunties, and elders. We want to experience Creator Set Free's warm welcome into his family whether we are Native, mixed Native, non-Native, or wondering-how-to-be-true-to-our-Native-self.

What to Bring
Just dress casual like you would at school. You might want to have some shoes you can walk in for our outings. PLEASE BRING YOUR REGALIA if you like so you can dress up for our feast night and cultural sharing/open mic. Also, we will have some times for an art sale, so if you have items you would like to sell or trade, bring them along!
