Our next WJEF conference will be in El Reno, OK, hosted by the Cheyenne and Arapaho tribes, starting at Friday 7:00 pm CT Nov. 11th and ending late Sunday, Nov. 13th, 2022.
Join us for a gathering of 150+ Native college students representing more than 50 tribes and ask once again: “Would Jesus Eat Frybread?” This year's theme is "Arise, Shine."

Join us for a gathering of 150+ Native college students representing more than 50 tribes and ask once again: “Would Jesus Eat Frybread?” This year's theme is "Arise, Shine."
The Would Jesus Eat Frybread? conference (WJEF) is a gathering for Native students who come from across North America and Pasifika to:
- Meet other Native college students who are investigating following Jesus while honoring their peoples, cultures, and traditions.
- Learn from tribal elders as they offer their wisdom, experiences, and stories.
- Learn to walk in beauty in the midst of abuse and oppression by following the Jesus way.
- Share the gifts that Creator has placed in your culture.
- Seek healing through prayer.
- Discover your place in the story of hope and restoration that Creator is writing.
- Be sent back to your campus with a full belly and a happy heart.

We do not want money to be the reason you cannot attend WJEF22. Please fill out this application if you are a student who needs financial help getting to the conference.

TRAVEL
Most of the conference will take place at the Redlands Community College Conference Center in El Reno, OK, on lands of the Cheyenne and Arapaho tribes.
The closest airport (about a 45 minute drive) is the Will Rogers Airport (OKC) in Oklahoma City.
Our hotels are less than a mile away. Conference check-in is at the Hampton Inn El Reno (you may be housed in the Hampton or a nearby hotel).
